Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Chapter & Skill.

Because our products are digital ebooks delivered electronically, our refund and returns policy differs from that of physical products. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products

Chapter & Skill currently sells digital ebooks that are delivered electronically.

After successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased ebook through the email address provided at checkout, together with a download link. Delivery is generally provided immediately after payment.

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, and retained once delivered, ebooks cannot be physically returned to us.

2. Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

Under applicable European Union consumer protection rules, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain distance purchases.

However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery or download of the digital content begins, provided that:

• you have expressly agreed to the immediate delivery of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period; and

• you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or download of the digital content begins.

By completing your purchase and providing the required express consent at checkout, you acknowledge that your ebook may be delivered immediately and that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access to the ebook begins.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

3. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in this policy, all ebook purchases are final and non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or accessed.

We do not generally provide refunds because:

• you changed your mind after purchasing the ebook;

• you purchased an ebook by mistake;

• you no longer want the ebook;

• you purchased the wrong ebook;

• you have already downloaded or accessed the ebook; or

• you expected the ebook to be different from what was described on the product page.

We therefore encourage you to review the ebook title, description, author, genre, and other available information before completing your purchase.

4. Incorrect or Defective Digital Products

If you receive the wrong ebook, receive a corrupted or defective file, or experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing the ebook you purchased, please contact us at:

Please include:

• your order number;

• the email address used for the purchase; and

• a brief description of the problem.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file, a new download link, or another suitable solution.

If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved and a refund is appropriate under applicable law, we will process the refund using the original payment method where possible.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same ebook more than once, please contact us at info@chapterskill.online as soon as possible.

Duplicate purchases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, we may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction, particularly where the duplicate purchase has not been accessed or downloaded.

6. Refunds Approved by Chapter & Skill

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

7. International Customers

Chapter & Skill welcomes customers from different countries.

Customers outside the European Union may be subject to the consumer protection and digital-content laws applicable in their country of residence. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
