Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Chapter & Skill currently sells digital ebooks. Because our products are delivered electronically, we do not ship physical products and no physical shipping is required.

1. Digital Delivery

All ebooks purchased through Chapter & Skill are delivered digitally.

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will generally receive:

• An email containing information about your purchase; and

• A download link or access to download your purchased ebook.

Digital delivery is normally available immediately after successful payment.

2. No Physical Shipping

Chapter & Skill does not currently sell physical books or other physical products.

Therefore:

• No shipping address is required for ebook delivery;

• No shipping fees are charged for ebooks;

• No tracking number is provided;

• No physical package will be sent to you; and

• Delivery times associated with postal or courier services do not apply.

3. Delivery Email

Your ebook will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please make sure that your email address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

If you do not see the delivery email shortly after completing your purchase, please check your:

• Spam or junk folder;

• Promotions or social folders, where applicable; and

• Email address used during checkout.

4. Download Problems

If you have successfully completed your purchase but cannot access or download your ebook, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order so that we can locate your purchase and assist you.

Where appropriate, we may provide a new download link or another reasonable solution.

5. Download Links

Download links may be subject to reasonable security and access limitations designed to protect our digital products from unauthorized distribution.

You must not share your download link with other people or make it publicly available.

6. Delivery Delays

Although digital delivery is normally immediate, occasional delays may occur due to payment processing, email delivery systems, technical issues, internet connectivity, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you have not received your ebook within a reasonable period after completing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.

7. International Customers

Chapter & Skill accepts customers from different countries.

Because our ebooks are delivered digitally, there are no international shipping fees or physical delivery restrictions associated with our ebooks.

However, customers are responsible for ensuring that purchasing and accessing digital content is permitted under the laws applicable to them.
